Arpeggio breaks out with a great set of grooves -- the kind of snapping, soulful numbers we loved them for in the late 70s -- served up here with a tighter 80s sound overall! The trio lineup packs plenty of punch -- often singing together on the choruses, then breaking someone out for a solo moment -- and the arrangements by Sam Brown III are often in an upbeat mode, but a bit different than the usual club from the time.
