Rare Groove first LP from this Indian soul & pop singer, recorded in Germany with backings that are a mixture of spacey electric, smooth funk and campy easy grooves.
Asha's voice is very weird, including so good numbers here like 'I DIG LOVE' & 'LIES' with guitar chords and superb vocals & the moody funky 'RIGHT DOWN HERE' with it's faded in drum break intro, funky bass, Rhodes arrangements.
